Privacy
This site collects personal data only when you write to us. It sets no cookies.
Controller
Millennia Lab SASU, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Contact for any question about your data: [email protected].
What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, your organization (optional), your email address, the type of enquiry, your message, the language of the page and, if you came from a project page, the project's title. Nothing else is asked, and the form works without an account.
Why, and on what legal basis
To answer your message and follow up on it. Legal basis: your consent, given when you tick the box and send the form (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw it at any time; we then delete your message.
How long we keep it
Three years from our last exchange, then deleted. If the exchange leads to a contract, the messages linked to it are kept for the length of the contract and the legal limitation periods that follow.
Who processes it
The form is processed on our behalf by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which hosts the site and runs the form handler, and also processes visitors' IP addresses in technical logs to deliver the site and protect it from attacks; Brevo SAS (Paris, France), which sends the form content to our mailbox by email; and Google (Google Workspace), which hosts our mailbox, where the message is kept. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission in their data processing agreements.
Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. To count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, no local storage and no fingerprinting, and produces only anonymous, aggregated statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country, browser type, loading time) for our use alone. Under the guidance of the CNIL, this kind of measurement requires no consent. No banner is shown because none is needed.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and, where it is based on consent, withdraw that consent. You may also set instructions for what happens to your data after your death. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The form handler stores nothing: your message exists only in the email that reaches our mailbox.
